So I know some of you have heard me mention the NotWedding a little bit here and there, but I thought I’d take this time to share with you all what it is, and what I’ll actually be doing for it!
So the NotWedding is a wedding event complete with a sit-down dinner, an emotional ceremony and a dance-party reception. Instead of the traditional wedding shows with booths this one puts on an actual (fake) wedding to showcase all the vendors’ talents. The NotWedding has become a killer alternative to a bridal show. The hand-selected vendors, such as myself, perform their services as they would at a real wedding, and the “wedding guests” get to hear the music, taste the cakes, and touch the linens… while enjoying a night of great food, dancing and surprises. For tickets to this years’ event in Atlanta, Georgia, head to their website here.
I have been asked to design the entrance to the event, so I snagged a few photos of the entryway and staircase while I was there a few weeks ago for Wedding Day Hooray.
As you can probably tell it’s kind of a funky space but I am definitely up for the challenge!
I cant wait to update you all with the “after” photos, or come see for yourself in July!

i can’t wait to see what you do with it! i just mailed abany my invitations last week!
