Well, as you can imagine, spring left us in Savannah a while ago….but I am still adjusting to the HEAT! Probably the hottest place I’ve ever lived…but it’s great for the plants! Some news from May: I passed my 45hr review (in the SCAD graduate world this is a huge deal). The first weekend in June I surprised my friend Jenna by flying up to Halifax, NS for her bridal shower weekend. Me along with Sara, Tanis, Monique, Jordana, and Jenna have not been all together for three years! It was a blast! Below is a candid photo of these lovely ladies. We all met as students at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University.

He loves the porch….While on one of my 3 flight leaving Canada, I stumbled across this company in a magazine. The Wooly Pocket Garden Company makes these lovely wool pots out of recycled plastic. Perfect for Vertical gardens!
I think that one of these would look great on this wall in my house….maybe a birthday gift?!?!
A vertical garden would really liven this corner up!
